Matt Holliday CITP serves as the Senior IT Support Lead at Buro Happold since June 2017, overseeing IT support for over 800 staff across the London, Oxted, and Cambridge offices, while managing and developing a team of IT Support Officers. Responsibilities include monitoring service level objectives, conducting IT project management, and providing insights for global operations. Matt's technical expertise encompasses software and hardware troubleshooting, incident management, and vulnerability management, along with supporting VIPs within the company. Having recently attained ServiceNow Certified System Administrator qualification, Matt also contributes as an ad hoc ServiceNow Administrator. Prior experience includes roles at AECOM and WHSmith, complemented by educational qualifications in Systems and Networking and Performing Arts.
