Yasmin Rehmanjee

Yasmin Rehmanjee, PE, SE, is a distinguished civil and structural engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Partner and US Chief Operating Officer at Buro Happold since July 2014, Yasmin also holds the role of New York Co-Office Director. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Associate at Thornton Tomasetti from June 2006 to June 2014 and as a Structural Engineer at Design Consortium Ltd. Additionally, Yasmin contributed to academia as an Instructor at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where courses in structural engineering were developed and taught. Yasmin's foundational engineering experience began as a Senior Engineer at Thornton Tomasetti from June 2001 to November 2004, following a summer internship at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. and earlier work as a Technician in a Geotechnical Laboratory. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
