Cory Focht

Cory Focht is currently the Customer Interaction Specialist at Burpee Gardening, where Cory leads the chat function on the company's website and develops SOPs and best practices for chat. Prior to their current role, Cory served in various customer service and management positions at Johnson Controls, Girsh Alarm Company, Cigna Home Delivery Pharmacy, Ashtead Technology, and Breathe Safe. Cory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
