George Zhao

George Zhao has a long history of professional experience in the software development field. George began their career in 1999 as a Programmer at MAI Systems. In 2001, they became a Programmer at Gallery Systems, where they developed a management software for museums and art galleries using Visual Studio.NET (C#, VB) and VB6. In 2003, they joined Kobo Products, Inc. as a Programmer, where they converted a MS Access based business management application to a SQL-Server/Windows form based one using Visual Studio.NET (C#, VB). In 2005, they moved on to Pfizer as a Consultant. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at MCA Connect, first as a Technical Consultant and then as a Senior Technical Consultant, where they customized Dynamics AX (versions 4.0 through 2012R3) to meet clients' needs. In 2016, they joined PAR Technology as a Sr. Programming Analyst, where they were a team member implementing Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (aka Dynamics 365 for Unified Operations, Dynamics AX 7/8/10) as the company's principal resource planner. In 2021, they began working at Tata Consultancy Services as a Technical Lead, leading data migration efforts for an Auto Parts and Supply Distribution client implementing Dynamics Finance & Operations. Currently, they are employed at Burpee Gardening as a Dynamics 365 Developer.

George Zhao has a Master of Arts (MA) in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Mechanics from Tsinghua University. George also holds a Microsoft Certified Dynamics Professional certification from Microsoft.
