Jon Hunter

Jon Hunter has a diverse work experience in the logistics industry. Jon currently holds the position of Regional VP of Operations at Burris Logistics. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Operations at Strategic Retail Partners, where they were recruited to develop and grow the operations leadership. Jon also spent a significant part of their career at UNFI, a $28B wholesale food distributor. During their 19 years with UNFI, they held various roles including Director of IT DC Application Implementation, National, where they focused on building and managing business infrastructure. Jon also served as a Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of the Manhattan Suite Project, and as a General Manager, directing Human Resource Management objectives. Before joining UNFI, Jon worked as a Warehouse Manager at Kane's Furniture and as a Recruiter at The Judge Group. Jon started their career at C&S Wholesale, where they worked as a Manager Quality Assurance and was responsible for creating an overall quality metric for warehouse associates.

Jon Hunter earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Colorado State University Global between the years 2015 and 2020. Prior to that, between 1997 and 2000, they attended Manchester Community College to study Business, and from 1992 to 1994, they attended Glendale Community College also for Business. It is unknown if they obtained any degrees from these two community colleges.
