Karen Pereira has extensive experience in sales, customer satisfaction, and education. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative and Account Manager at Burroughs, Inc. since February 2010, Karen manages both domestic and international check sorter accounts and collaborates with partners on equipment servicing and installations. Previously at Burroughs, Karen held the role of Service Provider Liaison and Transition Coordinator, overseeing significant operational transitions. Prior to this, Karen worked at Unisys as a Manager for the Customer Satisfaction, Parts, and International team in an inbound call center. Karen's career began as a Teacher at Rift Valley Academy in Kenya, where instruction included French, Geometry, and Piano. Karen holds an MA in French from the University of Rochester and a BS in Math Education and French from Roberts Wesleyan University.
