Navdeep M. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Technology Product Specialist role at Future Shop in 2008. Navdeep then moved to STAPLES Canada in 2009, where they held roles as a Web Tester & HR Learning and Development Assistant and a Technology Consultant. In 2011, Navdeep M. worked as an HR Assistant and Recruiter at The Professionals - Cleaning and Caregiving Services, and as a Client Services Consultant at Alpine Access Canada/Rogers Telecommunications. In 2014, they worked as an HR Assistant at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces in India. Navdeep M. then returned to Canada and began a role as an Operations Analyst at Honda Canada Inc. in 2015, which they held until 2018. In 2021, they began working as a Financial Planner, and is currently an Order Experience Manager at dbrand. Navdeep is set to begin a role as Operations Manager Canada at Burrow in 2022.

Navdeep M. has a Bachelor's Degree in Specialized Honors in Human Resources Management from York University, a Business Management degree from Humber College in Business Administration and Management, and a Computer Programmer degree from Georgian College in Computer Programming, Specific Applications. Additionally, Navdeep has obtained certifications from the Government of Ontario, LinkedIn, and CISCO, including an Insurance Agent, Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities certification in February 2021, How to Present and Stay on Point certification in November 2019, Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization certification in November 2019, and Cisco Certified Networking Administrator (CCNA 1) certification.
