Rachel Grace

Rachel Grace has a wealth of experience in product development and sourcing. Rachel began their career in 2007 as a Global Sales at USONA. In 2011, they became a Contributor at Houzz and in 2012, they took on the role of Operations Director at Caitlin Wilson Design. In 2014, they joined Anthropologie as an Associate Manager of Furniture Product Development and Sourcing, and later as a Senior Product Development & Production Coordinator - Furniture and Product Development Coordinator - Decorative. In 2019, Rachel moved on to Urban Outfitters as Manager of UO Home Product Development and Sourcing and, in 2021, they were appointed Senior Global Sourcing Manager at Burrow.

Rachel Grace attended Drexel University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design.
