Norah J. Campbell-Royal

Norah J. Campbell-Royal has a strong background in legal operations and contract management. Norah J. has a wide range of experience in various leadership roles. Norah J. started their career at EMI Music, where they managed the copyright administration and research department. Norah J. then worked at Standard & Poor's as a Senior Contracts Analyst, supporting legal teams and improving contract performance. After that, they moved to Bristol Myers Squibb as a Software Contracts Negotiator/Manager, contributing to the organization's long-term strategy. Norah then joined Fiserv Investment Services as a Senior Contracts Manager, responsible for creating and executing global contracts. Norah J. further enhanced their skills at Quintiles, where they served as a Contracts Negotiations Manager, providing guidance on large pharmaceutical contracts. At Burson-Marsteller, they held the role of Senior Director in Contracts, Compliance, and Management, drafting and implementing new contract policies. Currently, Norah works at BCW Global as the Chief Legal Operations Officer, overseeing all legal, compliance, and risk management operations. Norah J. is also responsible for evaluating strategic and operational plans and providing practical solutions to legal issues and risk management decisions.

Norah J. Campbell-Royal holds an Executive Jurisprudence Doctorate degree in Law from Purdue Global Law School. Norah J. also obtained a Master of Arts degree in Music & Entertainment Professions from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Business/Management from Berklee College of Music. In addition, they have completed the Black Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company in 2021 and the Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills certification from Scotwork in 2015.
