Courtney Welter

Courtney Welter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Courtney currently holds the position of Director of Product Research & Development at Burst Oral Care since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager and in Special Events at Burst Oral Care since November 2017.

Before joining Burst Oral Care, Courtney worked at Bremermann Designs as a Senior Project Manager from March 2015 to March 2019. Courtney also gained experience as a Store Manager at Well Company from April 2014 to February 2015.

Courtney's earlier roles include working as a Community Manager at lululemon athletica from October 2012 to April 2014, and as a Marketing Manager at Royal Coffee, Inc. from March 2012 to August 2012.

Courtney started their career at The Krez Group, where they worked as a Project Manager from April 2010 to October 2011 and as an Executive Assistant from November 2008 to April 2010. Courtney also worked as a Post-Production Office Manager at Moonwatcher, Inc. from September 2008 to November 2008.

Courtney'sfirst professional role was as an Accounts and Inventory Manager at Mahlia Collection in 2008. Courtney also gained experience as an English Services Provider at Sodexho Pass from December 2006 to December 2007.

Courtney Welter attended Glenbrook South High School from 1998 to 2002. Following their high school education, they pursued further studies at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 2002 to 2006. During their time at Tulane, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on International Marketing and also completed studies in the Spanish language.
