Melinda Dondlinger Bosquez

Melinda Bosquez, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and administrative management, currently serving as Manager of HR and Special Projects at Burton McCumber & Longoria, LLP since January 2001. In this role, Melinda provides HR consulting for a regional public accounting firm, with expertise in recruiting, employee onboarding, employment practices, and the development of policies and handbooks. Prior leadership experience includes founding MDB Management Solutions and serving as Personnel Manager at Cox & Smith Incorporated, where Melinda managed HR functions for a law firm, as well as a Legal Administrator at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, overseeing HR operations for a large attorney team. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Office Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
