Emily Foster

Emily Foster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental and social impact. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental & Social Impact at Burton Snowboards, Emily specializes in climate action, carbon measurement, supply chain decarbonization, and responsible sourcing. Previous positions at Burton include Senior Manager and Environmental Impact Manager, focusing on circularity and low impact materials. Emily has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor of Corporate Social Responsibility at Champlain College and served as an MBA Consultant for Ben & Jerry's, where strategic supply chain management was emphasized.
