Justin Li

Justin Li has extensive experience in the snow sports industry, currently serving as Senior Regional Manager for Hardgoods and Anon Supplier Chain at Burton Snowboards since January 2011. In this role, Justin oversees the Hardgoods business in Asia, managing supplier chain stability while leading teams in material sourcing, pricing negotiation, product development, mass production, and shipping. Previously, Justin held positions such as Senior Development Manager for Snowboards, Helmets, and Goggles, and Development Manager for Bindings and Snowboards, focusing on industrialization and production processes. Prior work includes serving as Research and Development Leader at SBF and Mechanical Engineer at Midea Group, where responsibilities encompassed project management and engineering design. Justin holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Molding and Product Design.
