Maureen Carducci has over 29 years of work experience in the retail industry. Maureen began their career in 1991 as an Executive Training Program Buyer Trainee and Berkeley College Internship at Jordan Marsh Department Stores. Maureen then moved to Steinbach Department Stores in 1993 as a Buyer, Assistant Buyer, and Group Manager. In 1996, they joined Nine West Group as a Planner, Retail Director, and Associate Retail Director. In 2000, they joined Victoria's Secret as a Manager of Merchandise Planning and Merchandise Planner of Classic Fragrances. In 2003, they returned to Nine West Group as Vice President of Wholesale Planning, Footwear, Senior Director of Planning, Finance, Wholesale Footwear and Jewelry, Director of Planning, Finance, Wholesale Footwear and Jewelry, and Manager of Strategic Planning, Wholesale Footwear. In 2018, they joined FitFlop as Vice President of Planning - US Wholesale. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Burt's Bees Baby as Head of Business Planning.
Maureen Carducci holds a B.S. in Organizational Management from Alliance University and an A.A.S. in Fashion Marketing and Management from Berkeley College-New York.
