Adele Clayton is a seasoned professional in mental health and counselling, with extensive experience in various supportive roles. As the Founder of Thriving Young Minds since September 2018, Adele focuses on helping young individuals thrive through counselling, play therapy, and school-based mental health support. In addition, Adele has served as a Counsellor at Bury College since November 2015, enhancing early intervention and therapeutic services for students. Previous positions include Mental Health Worker at Richmond Fellowship, Welfare Officer for Greater Manchester Police, and Counsellor at ChildLine. Adele holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from the University of Chester and a PGCE from The University of Bolton, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Applied Social Science from Lancaster University.
