Sebastian Mwalya is a skilled researcher with extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and data collection within various organizations. Currently serving as a researcher at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics since March 2020, Sebastian previously held the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Supervisor at Plan International from June 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included M&E planning, developing strategic frameworks, and supporting proposal development.
