Robert Nyaga, PhD, is an accomplished professional in the field of qualitative research and behavioral design, currently serving as the Technical Director of Qualitative Research at Busara since June 2020. At Busara, Robert leads teams specializing in qualitative research and behavioral insights, focusing on integrating behavioral science into research methodologies. Prior to this role, Robert held positions that included Behavioral Design & Qualitative Research Lead and Qualitative Research Specialist, where expertise was applied to various corporate projects and market understanding. Robert's academic background includes a PhD in Health Communication from Purdue University, along with multiple graduate certificates and a Master's degree in Communication Studies. Additional professional experience spans teaching and research roles at Purdue University and Illinois State University, as well as a tenure as Company Secretary at Grant Thornton Kenya.
