César Jeanroy has a diverse work experience. César began working as a waiter/cook at La femme du boulanger in 2009. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a PHP/MySQL developer at the Centre d'entrepreneuriat en économie sociale du Québec. In 2015, they were a teacher assistant at École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS). From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a fullstack engineering intern at Strava. In 2018, they worked as a Dev Ops at National Bank of Canada. César also worked as a full stack developer consultant at their own company, Cesar Jeanroy Inc., from 2018 to 2020. During this time, they migrated a complex monolithic application to a React/Redux single page application, migrated a micro services infrastructure to Red Hat Open Shift (Kubernetes), implemented App Dynamics for real-time monitoring of a micro services infrastructure, helped teams with web full stack engineering tasks, created CI / CD Pipelines for a Flutter application and its REST API, and more. In 2020, they began working as a full stack developer at Busbud.

César Jeanroy's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from The University of New Mexico obtained in 2017 through a semester exchange program in Computer Software Engineering, a DUT from the IUT de Belfort-Montbéliard obtained in 2013 in Computer Science, a semester exchange program in Computer Science from the Cégep de Matane in 2013, and a current Full Stack Web Development program from Free Code Camp in Computer Software Engineering since 2015. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Code School in Angular.js, Building Blocks of Express.js, CoffeeScript, and The Sequel to SQL.
