Robert Zakaib, JD, MBA

Robert Zakaib, JD, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2021. In 2006 and 2007, they held the role of Marketing Finance Associate (Co-op) at Johnson & Johnson. In 2008, they were a Territory Manager (Co-op) at Frank's Energy Drink (subsidiary of Magna International Inc.). In 2009, they co-founded and was President of B.L. Productions. In 2011, they were a Summer Law Student at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. In 2012, they were an Articling Student at the same firm. In 2014, they were a Business Analyst (Contract) at Nano One Materials Corp. TSX: NANO and a Board Member and Director, Corporate Affairs at MD Homecall. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at Jonas Software, including Director, M&A (Club & Hospitality Group), Senior Associate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Associate, Mergers and Acquisitions. Currently, they are the VP of Corporate Development at Busbud.

Robert Zakaib holds a JD/MBA from Queen's University, where they studied Law and Business. Robert also holds a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University, where they studied Economics and Financial Management. Robert is a certified Barrister and Solicitor from The Law Society Of Upper Canada.
