Claudia Howells

Claudia Howells has extensive experience in quality management, lean practices, and customer service. Claudia currently holds the position of Head of Quality and Lean at Busch Vacuum Solutions, where Claudia focuses on operational excellence and lean improvement projects. Prior to this, Claudia worked in various roles at Bakelite Polymers UK Ltd. and ICI Fibres. Claudia is a six sigma black belt and successfully transitioned the QMS ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015. Claudia holds a HND in Business and Finance with a focus on Operations & Distribution Management from Bolton Institute of Higher Education.
