Milena Hesse

Milena Hesse has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Milena started their career as an Assistant to the Plant Manager at Hengstenberg GmbH & Co. KG in 2008, where they worked until 2011. Milena then joined bSolar GmbH as an Assistant to the Management and HR role for two years. In 2013, they moved to Freudenberg Sealing Technologies as a Personnel Specialist and later held the position of Head of HR for the company's Germany division. Since 2020, Milena has been serving as the Head of Human Resources for Germany at Busch Vacuum Solutions.

Milena Hesse completed their Bachelor's degree in BWL - Industrie at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2005 to 2008. Milena then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2012 to 2015.
