Dr. Arne Fischer

Dr. Arne Fischer is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel at BUSE since September 2020. Prior to this role, Dr. Fischer worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as a Rechtsanwalt from October 2017 to September 2020, and also held the position of Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Law from FernUniversität in Hagen, obtained between 2017 and 2019, and completion of the Second State Examination during a legal traineeship at OLG Oldenburg from 2014 to 2016. Dr. Fischer's legal education began with the First State Examination at Bielefeld University, completed in 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as a Juristischer Mitarbeiter at Hengeler Mueller from July to December 2016, and as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter during the doctoral studies at FernUniversität in Hagen from December 2016 to July 2018.
