Joanna Kolanowski

Joanna Kolanowski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Joanna is currently working at Busey as an AVP-Financial Analysis & Strategy Manager since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Busey as an FP&A Analyst from May 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Busey, Joanna worked at Northern Trust Wealth Management from 2015 to 2021. Their roles at Northern Trust included Sr. Financial Analyst - Wealth Management Finance from June 2018 to May 2021, Analyst- Loan Workout from February 2017 to June 2018, Sr. Account Manager from October 2015 to February 2017, and Account Manager in 2015.

Joanna also worked at BMO Financial Group as an Audit/Loan Review Analyst from September 2014 to October 2015, and at BMO Capital Markets as a Sr Analyst from October 2013 to September 2014.

Joanna started their career at Northern Trust in 2010 as a Corporate Actions Analyst and later worked at Worldcolor as a Financial Analyst from July 2009 to July 2010. Joanna also had a role at Northern Trust as a Trade from February 2008 to July 2009.

Joanna Kolanowski began their education journey in 2011 at North Central College, where they pursued an MBA in Finance. Joanna completed their degree in 2012 and later, in 2015, enrolled at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. There, they obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance, which they completed in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Joanna Kolanowski obtained a certification as a Wealth Management Specialist™ or WMS™ Professional Designation from Kaplan Business School in June 2022.
