Maddie Klein, MSM has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maddie began their career as a Campus Representative for The Social Life from January 2017 to November 2017. Maddie then worked as a Sales Associate at White House Black Market from August 2015 to January 2018.

In 2017, Maddie also interned as a Fitness Intern at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from December 2017 to May 2018. The following year, they joined the U.S. Soccer Federation as Event Staff from June 2018 to July 2018. At the same time, they worked as a student lead at Campus Recreation from March 2018 to January 2019, and as an Assistant Manager at Hatha Yoga & Fitness from August 2018 to August 2019.

Maddie's professional development continued in 2019 when they became a Departmental Intern at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2019 to January 2020. This internship provided their with valuable experience in the academic sector.

In 2020, Maddie joined Busey as a Customer Care Representative from January 2020 to September 2020. Maddie then held the role of Talent Coordinator from September 2020 to January 2022. During their time at Busey, they participated in a structured credit training program as a Commercial & Wealth Analyst, where they developed a strong understanding of credit products, lending practices, and financial analysis. Maddie also gained substantial exposure to specialized functions through the Structured Wealth Management training program.

Maddie Klein, MSM, pursued their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. From 2016 to 2019, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism. Afterward, Maddie furthered their studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Management from 2020 to 2022.
