Pat Kienzle

Pat Kienzle is an experienced professional with a robust background in mediation and law. Currently serving as a Mediator at Oakland Mediation Center since July 2013, Pat has facilitated over 100 sessions in domestic and civil disputes. Additional roles include Election Chair for the City of Rochester Hills and Discovery Paralegal at Bush Seyferth PLLC. A former Paralegal for Burgess, Sharp & Golden, PLLC, and Transitions Legal, Pat has specialized in employment law. Pat's earlier career at General Motors spanned almost two decades, with progressive roles culminating as Engineering Group Manager and Product Assurance Manager. Pat holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and an MBA in Organizational Leadership, as well as several mediation certifications.
