Michael Sharov

Chief Growth Officer at Bushel

Michael Sharov is the current Chief Growth Officer at Bushel. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product Strategy, CAT Digital at Caterpillar Inc. from August 2019 to October 2021. Before Caterpillar, Sharov was with Granular from July 2017 to August 2019 as the VP of Strategy, Corporate Development, Operations. Michael was also a Board Observer Member for PrecisionHawk.

Sharov began their career at Caterpillar in 2009 as an Engagement Manager for Intl Strategy projects. Michael then became the GM of JDF Russia in 2009 and continued in that role until 2011. From 2007 to 2009 they were the Program Manager for JDF Wholesale Credit in India. In 2006, they became the Sr. Business Development Manager for CIS, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Sharov has a wealth of experience in strategy and operations and has been instrumental in the growth of both Caterpillar and Granular. Michael is currently using their skills to help Bushel continue to grow and expand its reach.

Michael Sharov has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, an Executive Program in Mergers and Acquisitions from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BA in Business Management with a concentration in International Finance from Central College, and a bachelors degree from T.C. Williams High School.

Their manager is Jake Joraanstad, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Ryan Raguse - President & Co-Founder, Camille Grade - Chief Market Officer, and Nathan Jennings - Chief Revenue Officer.
