Jim Bruno

Jim Bruno began their work experience as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Traditions Firearms in 1999. Jim later held several positions at Remington Arms, including Regional Sales Manager - Northeast, Director of Business Development, and Vice President of Distribution Sales. In 2011, they joined Vista Outdoor Inc. as the Vice President of Sales - East before moving on to become the Executive Vice President of Sales at GK Elite in 2017. Bruno then returned to Vista Outdoor Inc. and served as the Vice President of Retail Sales and Senior Vice President of Ammunition Sales. Most recently, they became the President of Bushnell in 2022. Throughout their career, Bruno has held various leadership roles where they have managed sales teams, collaborated with multiple departments, and achieved significant sales figures.

Jim Bruno completed their Executive MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Penn State Smeal MBA Program between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Rider University, which they completed between 1990 and 1994.
