Sibu Majozi

Sibu Majozi serves as the Group Executive for HR, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability at Bushveld Minerals since August 2022, and is also the Executive Manager for Corporate Communications and Reputation Management at Transnet Freight Rail. With prior experience as the People Communications Director at Prosus Group and Head of Internal Communications for Video Entertainment at Naspers Limited, Sibu Majozi has built a robust career in corporate communications and employee engagement. Sibu Majozi's earlier roles include significant positions at Suntory Holdings Limited, The De Beers Group of Companies, Hollard Insurance, and De Beers, where responsibilities ranged from developing internal communications strategies to managing executive communications and employee relations. Sibu Majozi holds a BComm degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
