Matthew Kaneda-Hession is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, operations, and sales across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Growth at Business Benchmark Group since April 2023, Matthew previously held multiple senior roles at AMC Commercial Cleaning, including Chief Operating Officer for both ANZ & USA and Director of Sales and Operations. Notable achievements include a successful startup completion as Chief Operating Officer at AMC Janitorial Services and serving as Director of Sales for APAC at Nitto Australia. Previous positions span management roles at Rentokil Initial, OfficeMax Australia, ALH Group, and an educational role at Hamamatsu High School. Matthew holds a BA in Social Science with a focus on Political Science and Japanese Linguistics from Swinburne University of Technology and has a scholarship experience from Hamamatsu Kita High in Japan.
