Rick Finn has a long and extensive career in the Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity industries. Rick began their career in 1981 as a Det Chief in the United States Air Force. In 1991, they moved on to become a Program Manager at Trident Data Systems. In 1999, they became a Vice President at Veridian Information Systems. In 2004, they became a Director at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems. In 2010, they became a Sr Vice President/General Manager at QinetiQ North America, where they managed an annual DHS IT services portfolio of approximately $160M. In 2013, they became a Vice President at Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc. where they were responsible for increased opportunities and growth within Department of Homeland Security and Cyber within the Fed/Civil, INTEL and DoD Markets. Finally, in 2016, they became Vice President at BCMC, LLC, an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business specializing in IT, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance (IA), SOA, Big Data Management, Program Management, and more for Federal, State, and Local agencies.
Rick Finn obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology from The George Washington University between 1995 and 1998.
