Charles Lespérance

Charles Lespérance is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of private equity and ecosystem development. Currently serving as a Partner in Deep Tech and previously as AVP Ecosystem Development and Director of Strategy at BDC, Charles has cultivated a strong background in strategic management. Prior to BDC, Charles held the position of Manager in Natural Resources Private Equity at PSP Investments and began a career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Academically, Charles holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
