Gabrielle Lagacé, CHRP, currently serves as the Coordinator of Talent and Employee Experience at BDC since February 2021. Prior to this role, Gabrielle worked as an Administrative Coordinator at Reaction Dynamics, handling payroll and HR administrative tasks, and also managed grant claims. At Groupe TVA, experience included roles as an HR Advisor and HR Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle staffing, HR consultancy, labor relations support, and the analysis of HR performance indicators. Gabrielle's early career in hospitality included positions as a Receptionist at W Montreal Hotel and a Guest Service Agent at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth, following a foundation in Hotel Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from HEC Montréal.
