Michael Watson

Michael Watson serves as an Employee Experience Advisor at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, focusing on enhancing employee experience and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. In a previous role as Deputy Director of Human Resources, Michael led HR strategies for a large transportation organization, directly supporting significant workforce needs. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Nonprofit HR, National 4-H Council, Girl Scouts of the USA, IBM, GE Capital, and Time Warner Inc., emphasizing human resources strategy, diversity programs, and employee engagement. Michael holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an MS in Organizational Management and Human Resources Development from Manhattanville University.
