Léa Guez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, community banking, and environmental initiatives. Currently serving as Program Manager at BDC since October 2024, Léa previously held senior roles at Digital Moment and The Rossy Foundation, where responsibilities included leading digital literacy programs and designing environmental grant strategies, respectively. Léa's earlier career included advisory positions at BDC supporting SME growth, research at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez focused on impact investment, and hands-on roles in financial inclusion programs with TechnoServe.
