Maxime Laroche

Maxime Laroche is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Assistant Vice-President of the IT Performance Office at BDC since August 2025. Prior to this role, Maxime held various positions at Desjardins from July 2011 to July 2025, culminating as Director of IT Performance, Investments, and Resources, where leadership was provided to a team of 40 across multiple departments. Maxime's expertise includes the design and implementation of strategic plans that align large-scale employee efforts, development of key performance indicators, and management of IT performance and project portfolios. Additional experience includes a lecturing position at Université de Sherbrooke and advisory roles in project management for organizations such as the Societe de Transport de Montreal and Bombardier Recreational Products. Maxime holds a Master of Science in Business Administration (Business Intelligence Strategy) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Management Information Systems) from Université de Sherbrooke.
