Thomas Park

Thomas Park is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Xaba Inc. and as a member of the Investment Committee at Boann Social Impact, Park drives impactful investment in social finance. As a Partner and Lead of the BDC Deep Tech Fund at BDC, Thomas oversees a $5 billion+ portfolio and supervises a team of specialists in private equity and venture capital. Park also holds various strategic roles, including Vice President at Global Corporate Venturing and Co-Chair of the Global Hypergrowth Project Selection Committee at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada. Their previous experience includes a Program Officer role at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and significant contributions to McKinsey & Company. Thomas Park's academic credentials include a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
