Hilary Bassett

Hilary Bassett has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Hilary is currently serving as the Director of Corporate Communications at IGM Financial Inc. since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Capital One as an Executive Communications professional from March 2019 to June 2021. From 2010 to 2019, Hilary held the position of Senior Account Manager at Edelman. Hilary also contributed to Western University as a Volunteer Board Member for the Alumni Association from 2007 to 2013. Hilary has also worked as a Senior Consultant in Public Relations/Public Affairs at Temple Scott Associates, Inc. from 2009 to 2010, and as a Consultant at Maverick Public Relations from 2006 to 2009. Hilary started their career as an Account Coordinator at NATIONAL Public Relations from 2005 to 2006.

Hilary Bassett pursued their education at Western University from 2000 to 2004, earning a BA degree in Sociology. Hilary furthered their studies at Seneca Polytechnic from 2004 to 2005, obtaining a Post Graduate Degree in Corporate Communications.
