Alessandra Leone is a seasoned Talent Manager currently working at Business Finland, focusing on the Talent Boost Project for Brazil. Previously, Alessandra served as Tech Recruitment Lead for Latin America at Uber and Cornershop by Uber, overseeing recruitment strategies across multiple countries in the region. With a background in human resources and talent acquisition at DP6 and legal psychology at the Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo, Alessandra combines expertise in technology and organizational psychology.
