Jusa Susia

Jusa Susia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jusa started their career in 1998 at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, where they served as the Head of Business Services until 2005. Jusa then joined the SME Foundation as the Director and Deputy CEO, focusing on program portfolio management, new business development, marketing, and stakeholder relations. In 2011, Jusa moved to Finpro, where they held the role of Director of Program and Project Development, Client Relations, responsible for internationalization program and project development for Finnish SMEs. In 2018, Jusa joined Business Finland as the Director of Program Portfolio Management. Jusa later served as the Head of Region East Asia in Beijing and eventually became the Senior Director of Strategic Market Area Middle East & Asia-Pacific.

Jusa Susia earned an EU Diploma in EU and EC from the Institute of Marketing International from 1992 to 1993. Prior to that, Jusa completed a Diploma in Export Marketing Management in International Marketing and Export Sales at the Finnish Institute of Export from 1984 to 1985. Jusa also graduated from Lahti Business College in 1980 with a degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, and Sales. Lastly, Jusa completed high school at Tiirismaa High School from 1975 to 1978.
