Kelly Dudine is a seasoned professional in human rights and women's empowerment with extensive experience in project management and strategic communications. Currently serving as Manager of Human Rights at BSR since June 2021, Kelly has previously held consulting roles with Mozaic Consulting and Rights CoLab, focusing on partnerships aimed at enhancing human rights and mitigating risks in global supply chains. As a Human Rights Research Fellow at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment, Kelly co-authored a critical brief on Indigenous rights. Kelly also directed the Kopila Valley Women’s Center in Nepal, providing vocational training and empowerment to vulnerable women. Earlier roles include various communications positions at the United Nations Foundation supporting FP2020, a global initiative for family planning access. Kelly holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University and a degree from Boston University.
