Candace Williams

Candace Williams currently serves as Senior Director of Solutions Lab at the Business-Higher Education Forum, focusing on cross-sector collaborations to enhance inclusive educational pathways to workforce opportunities. Previously, Candace held the position of Director of Regional Initiatives at Advance CTE, where oversight of data quality and research initiatives was managed, including significant support for state leaders in advancing equitable career and technical education (CTE). Earlier roles include Director of Policy & Research and other positions at the New England Board of Higher Education, where Candace directed research teams, authored policy reports, and managed grant-funded initiatives, achieving over $1 million in funding. Candace has also contributed to the Massachusetts State Senate and various organizations, acquiring a Master of Arts in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University.
