Kimberly Holmes, Ph.D. serves as the Associate Dean for Student Affairs at George Mason University College of Public Health since November 2018, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on the recruitment, advising, retention, and co-curricular activities of over 3,275 students, as well as co-leading Inclusive Excellence initiatives. With prior experience as a consultant for the Business-Higher Education Forum and as Assistant Dean and Director of Retention and Student Success at George Mason University, Kimberly has a strong background in student support and academic affairs. Previous roles at the University of Maryland involved managing doctoral programs and coordinating NSF-funded programs for STEM majors. Kimberly's education includes a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Maryland, as well as multiple degrees from William & Mary and the University of Richmond.
