Thao Habeck

Thao Habeck has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources. From 2006-2008, they worked as an HR Administrator at Enpath Medical. In 2008, they took on two roles at Greatbatch Medical, Quality Systems Analyst and HR Generalist. From 2009-2011, they worked as an HR Generalist/Director at The Lutheran Home Campus: Belle Plaine. From 2011-2014, they worked as an HR Generalist at Greatbatch Medical. In 2014, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Taylor Corporation and as an HR Manager (Contract) at Nilfisk-Advance. Since 2015, they have been the Human Resources Manager at Business Impact Group.

Thao Habeck holds a Master's degree in HR and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth, and a High School Diploma from Eastview High School. Additionally, they have obtained a Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (PHR\u00ae) certification from HRCI in September 2009, and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2015.
