In 2006, they worked as an Information & Assistance Specialist at the Urban League of Portland, where they provided resources and support to senior citizens and the community. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Temporary Staffing Associate at S. Brooks & Associates, Inc. - Brooks Staffing, performing receptionist, administrative, and customer service duties. In 2009, they worked as a General Office Assistant at Anesthesia Business Consultants, handling tasks such as processing payments and creating spreadsheets.
From 2011 to 2016, Trice worked as a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter at S. Brooks & Associates, Inc. - Brooks Staffing, focusing on matching candidate skills with client needs and supporting the employment process. In 2016, they became the Economic Empowerment Coordinator at Bradley Angle, where they facilitated groups, provided financial advocacy, and supported survivors of domestic violence.
