Roger started his journey with Business Information Group's Wireless division, BIG Wireless, in May of 2007. As the Vice President of Service Delivery& Field Services, he provides strategic leadership, management, and the vision necessary to ensure BIG has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and personnel systems in place to operate efficiently and effectively. Roger is responsible for BIG's 24/7/365 NOC and Help Desk services, as well as subcontractor and vendor contracts and industry safety compliance. With over 20 years of financial and operational management experience in the IT and distribution industries, Roger has managed multiple projects for Fortune 100 companies in the cable operator, utilities, and telecommunication industries. He has led collaborative efforts to identify and implement ITIL standards across the enterprise and has managed a diverse and geographically remote staff to meet customer SLA's in response and on-site arrival time.
