Anne Katrine Ahlefeldt-Laurvig

Anne Katrine Ahlefeldt-Laurvig currently serves as an Advisor & Business Partner at the Business Model Excellence Institute since October 2023 and is the Owner of Ahlefeldt Consulting since August 2022. Previously, Anne held various leadership roles at Novo Nordisk from June 2006 to March 2022, culminating as the Head of Global Talent & Leadership, and has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Management Consultant at Mandrup's and an HR Consultant at Radiometer Medical. Anne earned a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor of Social Science from Aarhus University.
