Kalan Douglas

Kalan Douglas is a Partner & Strategy Designer at Business Models. Prior to joining Business Models, Kalan was a Partner at Arlington Partners, a boutique strategy consulting firm that provided management consulting services in the fields of growth strategy, business transformation, strategic planning, profit improvement, performance analysis and data analytics. Kalan has also worked as a Consulting Director at InterFinancial Corporate Finance Limited and as a Senior Analyst- FP&A at InterGen. In addition, Kalan has also worked as an Independent Strategy Consultant and has consulted for various companies including Haystack, AFL, Benfatti, Escobar, Swift Equipment, and Weepa.

Kalan Douglas has a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Business Management from The University of Queensland. Kalan also has certification from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Design Led Thinking and PRINCE2 Practitioner.

They are on a team with Joyce Langelaar - Marketing Lead, Diane Shen - Partner & Creative Director, and César Munoz - Business Designer. Kalan Douglas reports to Patrick Van der Pijl, CEO.
