Alison Stanley

Alison Stanley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Alison currently holds the role of Head of Performance and Culture at Business NSW since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sydney Water for multiple roles, including People Partner, Culture and Insights Manager, Culture Transformation Project Leader, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project and Program Coordinator. Alison'sresponsibilities at Sydney Water included implementing culture strategies, leading teams, managing projects, and coordinating various organizational processes. Alison also gained experience at the DEPARTMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING AND NATURAL RESOURCES as a Project Officer and Research Intern.

Alison Stanley obtained a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Hons) degree from Western Sydney University from 2000 to 2003. Alison also completed a Graduate Certificate in Management from Chifley Business in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as team cohesiveness, lifestyles inventory and group styles inventory, managing successful programmes, and quality management system auditing.
