Shanna Bailey is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in water quality management and project administration. Currently serving as a Regional Project Manager and Regional Coordinator at Business Oregon since April 2015, Shanna previously worked as a Project Officer at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality from November 2007 to March 2015, managing the Clean Water State Revolving Fund program and overseeing environmental reviews for eligible projects.
