Prisha Dalal is a finance student at Texas McCombs School of Business, set to graduate in May 2025, with a focus on Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law. Experience includes serving as an Internal Sales Analyst at PIMCO where Prisha excelled in mock sales competitions and gained expertise in portfolio optimization and client organization through CRM tools. As an Insurance Intern at Focus on Family Healthcare, Prisha improved patient satisfaction by managing insurance approvals and streamlined the registration process to reduce wait times. Earlier roles include a Marketing Intern at Gulf Crest Motel, where Prisha implemented strategies that significantly increased sales and profits. Educational background includes dual credit classes at Brazosport College prior to pursuing a degree at Texas McCombs.

With over 45,000 members in chapters located throughout 25 states and Puerto Rico, Business Professionals of America (BPA) is dedicated developing and empowering student leaders to discover their passion and change the world by creating unmatched opportunities in learning, professional growth and service. Serving the Middle, Secondary and Post-secondary levels, BPA’s programs span five career pathways: Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Digital Communication & Design and Management, Marketing & Communication. Business Professionals of America has the ability to enhance student participation in professional, civic, service and social endeavors. Members participate in these activities to accomplish its goals of self-improvement, leadership development, professionalism, community service, career development, public relations, student cooperation and safety and health. A major program of Business Professionals of America is the Workplace Skills Assessment Program (WSAP). The WSAP prepares students to succeed and assesses real-world business skills and problem solving abilities in finance, management, information technology and computer applications. It is BPA’s showcase program and facilitates students demonstrating their career skills at regional, state and national conferences in more than 90 competitive events. Some of BPA’s other major programs include the National Leadership Academy, Officer Elections and scholarships. Additionally, the Torch Awards Program and BPA Cares Program recognize students and chapters, respectively, for their leadership and service to their chapter and community.
